Resistance is obligatory
In 2005 Germar Rudolf, a peaceful publisher of Revisionist literature, was kidnapped by the U.S. Government and deported to Germany. There he was put on trial for his scientific writings about the German concentration camps. In a Kafkaesque courtroom, he was not allowed to defend himself by offering exculpatory evidence.
This a a very well reasoned explanation about why the author was imprisoned in Germany as a "thought criminal" for questioning certain aspects of the Holocaust. It gives important insights into the "firewall" put up by Germany, similar to the way Communist China does with its dissidents, for anyone daring to question in any way the foregone conclusions regarding facts and details of the Holocaust.
